A cooking class where you will take away a lot more than how to make a dish. We will discuss Chinese food with historical context and how it shapes lifestyles, helping you meet patients where they are. A recipe will be sent out in advance if you’d like to gather ingredients, otherwise, you can just watch and make it another time.
